Step 1: Call or click the "request a pickup" link on any page.

By phone: Call us at (503) 705-4203 and we will have you added to our route list within several minutes.
On-line: Click the "request a pickup" link on any page and make sure to complete and submit our customer information sheet.
You will receive a confirmation "welcome" e-mail within 24 hours after requesting a pickup.
You will also receive a "pickup reminder" e-mail the day before a scheduled pickup/delivery. You must reply to this e-mail in order to be added to the pickup route for that next day.

Step 2: Your initial pickup @ 25% off!

Place your clothes into a bag with which you do not mind parting and leave with receptionist.
Include (2) business cards with your order.
Your order will be e-mailed to you in the form of an invoice. This is not a bill!
Upon delivery, arrange with our driver a future location within your office for pickup and delivered items.

Step 3: Delivery

Items picked up on Tuesday are delivered Friday and Friday’s pickup is delivered Tuesday. We deliver between 9am and 5pm and if your office should happen to close anytime during these hours please notify us asap.
Your order will be returned in our 2-in-1 laundry bag which also serves as a garment bag. Business card name tags will be attached to the drawstring in order to distinguish between yours and your co-workers.

Step 4: Billing and Payment Options

A bill will be e-mailed at the end of each month in the form of statement. Balances are due by the 15th.
If you choose to pay by cash or check, payments can either be included with your next pickup provided it is before the 15th or they can be mailed to the following address:

You can also pay by Visa or MasterCard. If you choose to pay by this method we will automatically bill your card on the 10th of the month, provided that you have a balance.
When submitting your "request a pickup" form on-line, notify us that you would like to set up payment by credit card. Do not e-mail credit card information, we will call you!
Your receipt of payment will be e-mailed to you in the form of a statement receipt and will look identical to your statement.
